Recipe Edit: Smoothie of the Week

As you may have noticed from our Instagram, we have started sharing weekly recipe favourites. Food is the easiest change to make in creating a sustainable environment at home and that's why we have paired up with Lilo Ask Henrikseen (@honeyandroots), sustainable food blogger, for some inspiration. 

A great way to start the day is with Lilo's Pink Drink which is nutrient rich and full of healthy building blocks for glowing skin, bright mind and better stamina. 

1 Banana
2tsp Beetroot Powder 
1 Sachet Vanilla (Plant based nutritional formula)
2tsp True Collagen
2 tsp True MCT oil
1 tsp "Rejuvenate Your Soul" superfood blend
Add all ingredients into a blender and mix well, serve cold.
